Someone new has joined the ‘Trybe family’ but she isn’t an artiste!
Musician and record label boss Lanre ‘eLDee’ Dabiri and his wife Dolapo have been blessed with their second child, a baby girl!
The baby we are told was delivered at 10:08am yesterday (March 15) in Atlanta, Georgia. Both mother and baby are doing fine, according to family friends who spoke with NET..
‘It’s a girl!! We’re extremely excited, I’ve been watching her since, so excited I’m still awake. She’s beautiful‘, eLDee told us in an E-mail correspondence.
eLDee and Dolapo tied the knot in 2008 and welcomed their first child, a girl named Temilayo, in 2009.

After bouncing back in January 2013 and enjoying rave reviews, your darling magazine; Bubbles releases the much awaited February 2013 edition.
Edition 27 features record producer and label owner eLDee The Don and his artistes on the multi-fold double spread cover. Apart from the design being the first of its kind in this part of the world, Bubbles Magazine also gained access to eLDee The Dons recording facility and got an insider’s peek at his gargantuan plans to build a world class record company.
According to Bubbles Magazines editor-at-large; Ayo Oshun “We promised to up the ante with edition 26 which came out in January 2013 but we seem to have surpassed the standard we set for ourselves with the February edition; without having to put our best foot forward”.
Also in our drive to keep our avid readers entertained we pulled out all the stops to bring you multi-page photo spreads of the debonair Soundcity VJ’s. Add to that our day out at Porsche in Lagos, a review of The Porsche Cayenne-S, go-karting with the stars as well as a review of the hottest songs, movies and trends to date. Bubbles Magazine sure raised the bar a little bit too high with this collector’s item.

The social networks have been buzzing with this news, I had to confirm it myself and it is indeed true that Ademoye Oluseyi aka. Sheyman has parted ways with eLDee da Don and Trybe Records.
Sheyman is no longer with the label and his rep confirmed this news. ‘Sheyman is in a meeting now. He’s on his own now, doing his thing‘, said Sheyman’s PA Damilola.
The PA added that the producer now has his own production label called Phat Base Entertainment. Sheyman’s Twitter page corresponds with his PA’s story as his profile links to a website Phatbase.com which is currently under construction.
Trybe Records is yet to release an official statement on the split but Sheyman’s profile has been taken off the label’s official website. Sheyman who is also known for his sound engineering skills (he mixed and mastered Iyanya’s ‘Kukere‘).
Sheyman was with Trybe Records for a year and he released the hit song ‘Celebrate’ under that label, He was said to have been working on his third album ‘From Zero to Hero’.
Listen to Jah Bless‘ new single ‘Go down‘.
Interestingly, the same instrumental which was produced by beatmaker Sarz was previously used by Wizkid (Bad man) and eLDee (Been there, done that).
Jah Bless is working on his third album after mild success from his 2009 debut ‘Rebirth‘ and follow up ‘Overground‘.
